About us

Fundación Oportunidad has been developing its activities since 2001. During these 20 years, our various projects have allowed us to train more than 85,000 young people in situations of social vulnerability, seeking to promote access to the world of work through the training, design and implementation of occupationa and employment projects.

The numerous experiences in which we have been involved have taught us that singular interventions aimed at promoting the powers, resources and capacities present in young people, through interventions that identify and re-own them as such, significantly expand living conditions.

Our way of designing and intervening in the field is based on the premise that in each one of us there is a "know-how", as a creative and productive power. In this sense, we guide the work of training and critical reflection so that it translates into appropriation of the subjective transforming capital.
